To reserve your place at the 2019 CAPS Sergio Award Banquet honoring Lynn Johnston, please select your meal and ticket choices below and order via Paypal. Seating is limited, so we encourage you to order as soon as you can to ensure your attendance at this very special event.

Tickets:
CAPS Members (including spouse or guest and children) – $55 each

Non-Members – $65 each

  • Rosemary Grilled Jidori Chicken Breast
    Thyme roast heairloom baby potato, chili charred Upland Farms broccolini, celeriac puree, mustard jus
  • Grilled Angus NY Steak
    Brandied mushroom & kohirabi ragu, confit potato, sautee green beans, pepper jus
  • Forest Mushroom Risotto & Asparagus (vegetarian)
    Arborio ricecooked with porcini mushroom, thyme roast mushroom, Burnt Di Stefano Burrata, grilled asparagus, saba drizzle
